ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 13.03.2026, a report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.
2. It is seen that the detenue along with her children were produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate. The detenue has stated that she is not willing to join with the petitioner. The learned Judicial Magistrate has also recorded the statement of the children and the children have stated that they are willing to live with the detenue.
3. In the light of the above development, insofar as the dispute between the petitioner and the detenue is concerned, it is left open to the parties to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. With respect to the minor children if the petitioner wants the custody / guardianship of the
children, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
