ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to load quarried sand from the Government Quarry point after ascertaining the capacity of the Motor Vehicle in which it is to be loaded by strictly adhearing G.O.Ms.No.178 dated 31.05.2008 by passing appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2013 following by representation dated 13.01.2014 given in person to the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
