JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.) Challenging the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.Nos.5100, 5101, 5102, 5103, 5104, 5111, 5112, 6232, 6233, 6234 of 2013, the appellants filed the writ appeals.

2. The appellants challenged the show cause notice issued by the respondents, however, the writ petitions were dismissed. Aggrieved over the same, the writ appeals have been filed.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the respondents have passed final orders, hence the writ appeals would be infructuous. He has also produced the final orders passed against the appellants.

4. In view of the above fact, these writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
