Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PALANI VELAYUTHAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mrs.R.ANANDHADEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.This petitions are ordered, accordingly.
