ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to take action against the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2017 and secure the vehicle involved in accident dated 10.11.2016 in Crime No.139/2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.12.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
