ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 113 of 2018. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the accused, A-1 attacked the petitioner in his left side head, above the elbow on the left hand of the petitioner and also sustained grievous injuries. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police and a case in Crime No.113 of 2018 was registered for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. In the meantime, the accused persons lodged a false complaint against the petitioner before the first respondent police and a case in Crime No.112 of 2018 was registered and it is a counter case and both cases are now pending. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5407 of 2021 the respondent would submit that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.113 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
