ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A-4, who was arrested on 28.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.546 of 2015 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was issued with non-bailable warrant for his nonappearance before the trial court for the only one hearing I.e on 23.03.2016.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is a case of jumped out bail. For his non-appearance before the trial court, the petitioner was issued with NBW and on execution of NBW, he is in custody from 28.06.2016.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner was absent before the trial court for only one hearing, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned II Additional Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
