Respondents PRAYER :- To amend the prayer as follows - To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundaries for petitioner's land situated Saathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District Survey No.1470 measures about of 105.165 sq. mts. as per the sale deed in Doc. No.1215/19 dated 21.09.2019 - instead of to conduct survey and fix the boundaries for the Survey No.1470 measures about of 0.072 ares based on the representation and fee remittance dated 26.11.2024 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court for the following facts and circumstances of the case.
