O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her daughter Suganya before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that this is a case of elopment and the detenu had appeared before the second respondent police and stated that she is not willing to go along with her parents and the detenu is the major.

detention involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
