This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third and fourth respondents not to interfere with the conduct of business in the name and style of M/S Jeevan Ayurvedic Spa situated at No.38, 39, 2nd Floor, M.I Insaff Complex, Bharathidasan Road, Cantonment, 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner and not permitting him to run his business.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not renewed his licence to run the SPA. 2/4

4.In the absence of any valid licence, the petitioner is not supposed to run the SPA business and therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the respondent police to register a case, if any violation is detected. No costs.
