ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was under taken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioners have filed anticipatory bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5119 of 2023. This Court vide order dated 17.03.2023, directed the Investigating Officer to complete the process of investigation within a period of two weeks and also directed the petitioners to co-operate to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation.

2. In view of the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 5119 of 2023 only, the third respondent conducted enquiry with the petitioners and there is no question of harassment.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners as well as to the Investigating Officer to comply with the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5119 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023. 21.03.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No tta 2/4
