ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.743 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused were found in illegal possession of 25.500kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.This is the second applications for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 24.01.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.610 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5497 of 2023 dismissal of the petition. Now the respondent police has filed a final report before the NDPS Court, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.107 of 2023 and the case is pending for trial. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
