Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondent to issue the letter of award to the Petitioner accepting the highest RFP bid, as on 06-07-2012, submitted by the Petitioner, whose bid constitutes a bid amount of 36.01% of the revenue share basis.

[Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice] The Learned counsel for the parties state that a mutually acceptable solution has been arrived at in the following terms: (i)The respondent withdraws the allegations made against the appellant in the petition.

(ii)In view of the aforesaid, the appellant does not press the appeal.

2.In terms of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are to bear their own costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
