PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD) No.226 of 2023:- To call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.A.No.35 of 2021 on the file of the Learned III-Additional District and Sessions Court, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District dt.12.9.2022 confirming the Judgment passed in STC.No.52 of 2013 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Pattukottai, Thanjavur District dated 16.03.2021 and set aside the same. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments 1/3

of M/S.ANAND V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.R.MURUGESAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9099 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3154 of 2023 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.226 of 2023 dated 06.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the petitioner already appeared before Court below only once in a month, this Court finds no merit to entertain this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
