Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1. 2.Since the order passed by this Court was not complied with, this Court had requested the learned Special Government Pleader to ensure the presence of the Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, through video conferencing facility. Thiru.Jeya Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, is present before this Court through web hearing. He informs the Court that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. He also assures the Court that he would instruct the subordinate officials to ensure prompt compliance of the Court orders.
3.Recording the said statement made by the Superintendent of Police, the contempt petition is closed.
