: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to cut and remove the Tamarind tree, which is standing on the Northern side of the petitioner's house property in survey No.182-14-B, admeasuring 0.00.46 square meter which is causing danger to the petitioner's residential house by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2018 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to cut and remove the Tamarind tree, which is standing on the Northern side of the petitioner's house property in survey No.182-14-B, admeasuring 0.00.46 square meter which is causing danger to the petitioner's residential house by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2018 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.L.Jeen Felix, learned Counsel for the petitioner is before this Court. Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the three respondents, who are official respondents.

3. Notwithstanding the prayer in the writ petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner abridges the prayer in the hearing and says that he will be satisfied, if there is a direction to the second respondent, to dispose of the representation dated 04.05.2018, given by the petitioner. 4.To be noted, the representation dated 04.05.2018 given by the writ petitioner is at Page No.3 of the Typed Set of Papers. 5.In the light of the narrative supra, there shall be a direction to the respondent No.2, ie., The Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, Dindigul District, to dispose of the representation dated 04.05.2018 given by the writ petitioner, within a fortnight from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
