: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to register the petitioner's property situated in Ayan Nanjai Survey No.32/2, No.59, Thiruverumbur Village, Trichy Taluk, Thiruverumber Sub-Registrar, Trichirappalli Registration District to an extent of 0.11.0 Acre 02.7 Cents, Patta No.420 and Ayan Nanjai Survey No.32/2, No.59, Thiruverumbur Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy Taluk, Thiruverumbur Sub-Registrar, Trichirapalli Registration District to an extent of 0.18.05 Acre 0.46 Cents, Patta No.485 to any one and subsequently direct the second and third respondents to direct the first respondent to sell and register the above said property. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to register the documents presented by the petitioner for registration pertaining to the subject property.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to re-present the document before the first respondent and the first respondent shall entertain the document and register the same, if it is otherwise in order and the petitioners pay the necessary stamp duty and registration charges. The document shall be released after registration.
4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
