ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.06.2020, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Station House Officer has assumed office only on 11.06.2020 and therefore, sought time for obtaining instructions.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6077 of 2020 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent Police received the complaint of the third respondent through the Superintendent of Police in current paper No.G3/7/997/709/2020 and after conducting an enquiry, has found that it is civil in nature and closed the same.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is required.
