RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted for execute the sureties before the concerned Court for a further period of 15 days in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12685 of 2019 which was allowed on 11.10.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR.C., Advocate for the petitioner MR.ANANTHADEVI, Government in (crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12685 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 for executing sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health of the petitioner, he is unable to mobilize the fund and arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
