ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2.The petitioners, who were arrested on 01.05.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC, in Crime No.817 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that during Chithrai Thiruvizha festival, the accused are said to have taken a sum of Rs.1,000/- from the defacto complainant.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that they have not involved in any other case.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioners and also considering the fact that the petitioners have no previous case, I am of the view that the petitioners could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
