This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.234 of 2016 within the stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.sode), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.234 of 2016 before the Court concerned on or before 31.05.2017.
