ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 409, 468, 467, 465, 477(A), 471 IPC r/w Section 120(b) IPC, in Crime No.3 of 2017 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners belong to Self Help Group and obtained loan from Indian Bank. Since they failed to repay the same, the Manager of the Bank has lodged the complaint.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Virudhunagar or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 18/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
