PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.146 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 24.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341,294(b),387,307 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.146 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.03.2021 the petitioner herein said to have waylaid the defacto complainant, used filthy language, threatened with weapons. Hence the case came to be registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. He would further submit that the petitioner is in jail from 24.03.2021, hence he seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a regular offender and having 29 previous cases under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code including murder cases.

5. Taking into consideration the long list of previous cases pending against him and also taking into consideration the previous bad antecedants of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
