2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Perusal of the facts reveal that the Petitioner who had married the detenu against the wish of the parents, now aggrieved that her in-laws are not allowing her husband to live together. It is purely a matrimonial dispute and it does not fall within the purview of Habeas Corpus Petition. 4.Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
