PRAYER: FOR BAIL IN CRIME NO. 2/2024 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / A1 and A2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial 1/3

custody on 06.01.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 IPC in Crime No.02 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with a knife and took a sum of Rs.2,000/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. It appears that this is the third application for bail and the earlier bail applications filed by the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.1924 and 3250 of 2024 were dismissed by this Court on 08.02.2024 and 01.03.2024 respectively on the ground that the first petitioner is having seven previous cases and the second petitioner is having five previous cases. Now, this application is filed by the petitioner without referring the change of circumstances to consider the case.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, since the dismissal of 2/3

the earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
