ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are women accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 326 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.69 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. This Court is of the view that the son of the second petitioner, namely, Thiru.Aravindh does not deserve anticipatory bail. This Court on earlier occasion directed that he must surrender. Only then the petitioners' application for relief can be considered.
3. Today the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner is the mother of the said Aravindh and undertakes that the said Aravindh shall not apply for anticipatory bail and he shall surrender and then apply for regular bail.
4. Recording the said undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
arrest or on their appearance before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District, and executing a bond for each of them for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
