ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 379, 426, 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C. r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and investigate same and to file a final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
