ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry on basis of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that one Kanchana Siva Sankar lodged a complaint against the petitioners and three others alleging that the second petitioner has taken the original documents from one Soosai, who is her relative, to sell the property. But, without her knowledge, the second petitioner has mortgaged the property with another accused to the tune of Rs.8,00,000/-. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6110 of 2020 petitioners gave a cheque, but when it was submitted for collection, the same was returned.
3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in view of the pendency of this petition before this Court, the respondent Police are not in a position to proceed with the petition enquiry.
4.At this stage, the petitioner's counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and undertakes to co-operate with the enquiry before the respondent police. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
