PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.1709/A4/2021 dated 25.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 4th respondent to admit the petitioner in Madurai Law College and continue the Law College Course.

The petitioner's request to retain 3rd year BL after a period of 14 years came to be dismissed on 25.02.2021. Challenging the same, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. As of now, nearly 17 years have elapsed.

4. The learned government advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 categorically submits that there is no provision to permit the petitioner to redo his 3rd year BL after a period of 17 years.
