PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2025 on the file of the respondent-Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 11.03.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the respondent-Police has registered a case in Crime No.19 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 331(3) and 305 of BNS, 2023. He further submits that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused in the aforesaid crime number.

3. In view of the above said submission, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police for the time being. 2/3
