The petitioner seeks patta for agricultural land at Survey No. 264/1B, measuring 0.71 cents in Pulivalam Village, Kodiyalam Post, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District. He had given a representation during the grievance day on 22.11.2021 to the first respondent / District Collector, Trichy. Seeking consideration of such representation the writ petition has been filed.

2. It will only be appropriate that the petitioner applies online through proper procedure seeking patta for aforementioned lands. The application has to be filed online with necessary documents. I am confident that the second respondent would consider it.

3. The second respondent may consider the said application within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the 2/4

online application. The second respondent may issue notice to the petitioner and also to any adjacent owner, if required, and then do the necessary needful within a stipulated period of 12 weeks.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
