PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction directing the 2nd Respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the Petitioner with regard to the Missing Original will dated 13.10.1989 executed by Natchiammai Achi and fixed the stipulated time.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the Petitioner with regard to the missing original Will dated 13.10.1989 executed by Natchiammai Achi and fixed the stipulated time. 2.The petitioner has lodged complaint on 15.03.2022 alleging that the petitioner's mother executed Will dated 13.10.1989 in favour of the petitioner. On 27.11.2021 the petitioner has lost his Will during the transit from Thirupathur to Thirukostiyur by bus.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to issue public notice regarding missing of document and produce the same before the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to follow the recent guideline issued by the police department and issue Non traceable certificate to the petitioner after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
