O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner as well their property.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 and 7.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that in this case, after enquiry, the petition for police protection given by the petitioner was closed, since both the parties are agreed to approach the competent civil court and they are ready to obey the order of the court and they have also signed to that effect.

4.In view of the above circumstances, since the matter is compromised between the parties, there is no need to pass any order in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
