O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition in District Level scheduled on 25.03.2023 and 26.03.2023 at Malayala Bhagavathi Amman ground, Keelakuttapatti, Puthupalayam, Kottaimedu, Kulithalai taluk, Karur district by considering petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023.

2. Mr. B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the previous years, when similar events took place trouble has been made by some of the parties, over which the case in Crime No.176, 177, 178 and 179 of 2018 and 685 of 2022 have been registered continuously.

4. If it is so, the 2nd respondent can dispose the representation that was made by the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved outcome of the order of 2/4

the 2nd respondent, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
