ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.74 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with A1 assaulted the defacto complainant with the criminal intimidation.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already granted anticipatory bail and since the petitioners have not mentioned the correct name of the respondent police in the earlier bail petition, they have filed the present anticipatory bail petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that earlier anticipatory bail was ordered to the petitioners and this is the second petition filed with correct respondent police. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with the following condition. released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
