ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No. 77 of 2021 within a stipulated time by this Court.

2. According to the learned Public Prosecutor, the crime is of the year 2021 and the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 506(i) I.P.C.

3. There shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to conclude the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file the final report before the concerned Court.
