Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1, 2 and 6 herein to put up any poles or pillars or drawing over head lines or any form over the lands in S.Nos.447/3 and 473/4 to an extent of 01-79.00 Hectares (4 1⁄2 Acres) and 0-8.50 Hectares (2 Acres) respectively situated at Muramban Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District, without consent of the petitioner.
