Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to constitute a committee consisting of a judicial member conduct a detailed enquiry on income and expenditure of Kumbabisagam celebrated in the year 2009 for Sri Arulmigu Kalmega Perumal Temple Thirumohur and in the year 2011 Arulmigu Yoga Narasingam Perumal Kovil village of Narasingam Madurai North Taluk and the connected gold work carried on for the Tomb of the Temples and bring out the malpractices committed if any and punish the concerns in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Honourable Court.
