ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in SPL.S.C.No.6 of 2021. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 16.04.2021 and directed the trial Court to complete the trial in SPL.S.C.No.6 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
