ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.4641 of 2023. The same was referred by the learned Judicial Magistrate on 25.08.2023 to the respondents police for conducting an enquiry. 2.The petitioner with a grievance that even after the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, the enquiry was not conducted, has filed this application.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint appears to be a civil in nature and therefore, they have closed the complaint and submitted a report to the learned Judicial Magistrate on 03.04.2024.

4.Recording the said submissions, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise his objections if any before the concerned Magistrate. In the event, if the petitioner makes out a case of criminal nature, the learned Magistrate can either order for reinvestigation or take the complaint on file under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.
