O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant subsistence allowances to the petitioner for the period from 19.10.2022 to 24.06.2023.

2. The petitioner is working as Salesman in respondent corporation. He was kept under suspension vide order dated 19.10.2022. Thereafter, on 24.06.2023, he is reinstated in service. Seeking subsistence allowances between the date of suspension and reinstatement, the petitioner filed this writ petition.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the second respondent issued proceedings granting subsistence allowances to the petitioner for amount of Rs.34,800/-. He placed a copy of the said proceedings. He further submits that in couple of days, he would disburse the said amount to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above factual position, as the relief sought for in this writ petition is already extended by the second respondent, in my considered 2/4

view, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
