ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection on the ground that marriage between the petitioner and one Karuppasamy, is a love marriage. Because of that, the petitioner's father and relatives are harassing her and trying to disturb their life. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner through online, police went to the place of residence, But she was not found in the address mentioned in that petition.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5388 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is very much available in the address of her husband. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on her apperance, the third respondent police is directed to consider her representation and pass orders on merits.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
