Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Spl.S.C.No.31 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for the exclusive trail of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Pudukkottai. The petitioner wants to engage a Special Public Prosecutor to prosecute the case. My attention is drawn to Rule 4(5) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention and Atrocities) Rules. The petitioner has given representation on 20.11.2023 in this regard. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible.
