(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Ms.Sakthibavadharani, learned counsel, who appears for the learned counsel on record for the petitioner makes an endorsement on instructions to the effect that the petitioner has given up as against R6 and R8.

Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of R2 & R3 and Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice for R9 have no objection for condonation of delay of 121 days in filing the writ appeal. All other respondents are served and description is duly printed in the cause list.

3. Hence and also for the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 121 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.
