ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22220 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent stated that proceedings have been initiated under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the same would be completed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to complete the proceedings initiated under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and bring the same to its logical end, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
