This petition has been filed to setaside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.360 of 2022, dated 08.09.2022 in S.C.No.20 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.360 of 2022 in S.C.No.20 of 2020, dated 08.09.2022 by the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, the petitioner can file revision only. Instead of filing revision petition, the petitioner has straight away come to this Court by way of this petition.
