This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to expedite the unnumbered Crl.M.P.No...not known of 2023 and complete the investigation within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

This Court called for report from the trial Court and the trial Court stated that the complainant has filed a petition under Section 200 of Cr.P.C., on 10.03.2023 as private complaint and the same is now pending for recording sworn statement of the complainant and the case is posted to 15.04.2025. Earlier the petitioner was absent for hearing. Thereafter the case is posted for recording sworn statement.
3. Since the case is pending for recording of sworn statement, it is for the trial Court to complete the proceedings as early as possible without giving long adjournments beyond 15 days.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
