This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.56 of 2004 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, against the petitioners.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, out of 10 witnesses, 7 witnesses were already examined and the remaining witnesses have to be examined. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above fact, at this stage, this court is not inclined to quash the charge sheet. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
