ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 294(b) IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.54 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the defacto complainant and the petitioner are friends. Due to money dispute, on 12.05.2018, a quarrel arose between them and in the said melee, the petitioner is said to have harassed the defacto complainant and abused her in filthy language. He further submitted that no one sustained injury in the occurrence. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no one sustained injury in the occurrence, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
