[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The petitioner sought for a Mandamus forbearing the fourth respondent from interfering with his possession except under due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents have issued eviction notices. He would therefore seek to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the eviction proceedings.

3. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
